Facilities Rental
St. Francis School is available to community members, outside vendors, and organizations for facility rentals. If you would like more information about renting our spaces for events, including athletics practices and games, meetings, or special occasions, please review our rental information. Rental Rates
Gym Rental: $150 per hourCafeteria: $100 per hourParking Lot Rental: $100 per hourClassroom Rental (per classroom): $65 per hourSummer Camp, Spring Break, and Holiday Camps are negotiated on a case-by-case basis, and a $ 500.00 deposit is to be paid upon reservation confirmation. If desired, this deposit can be made as a donation to the building repair fund after the conclusion of the rental period. -
Insurance Requirements
For rentals, Licensee will procure and maintain throughout the Term commercial general liability insurance with coverage limits of no less than a combined single limit of $2,000,000 and including coverage for bodily injury, property damage liability, and contractual liability. St. Francis School will be named as an additional insured under such policy and receive a certificate of insurance prior to the Start Date as evidence that Lessor meets the foregoing insurance requirement.
